Keep the EM1 or Boost a D16Y4?

Hey Peeps..

Some might know that i recently bought Honda civic coupe vti-r ..

Its a great car and all but ive always wanted to boost a later model hatchback, probably with the D16Y4 engine..

Options are sell the EM1 - I dont really know how much I could get for it, maybe high teens? And buy say a base model cxi and then boost it..

Before you all tell me to boost the em1...cant afford it ;)

So what are everyones opinions?

the price difference between selling the coupe and finding a cxi is only a few grand. then on top of that, stamp duties, rego, cost to get the car checked out, and all the little things u have to do.... ur only going to be getting a few grand extra out of that whole process to boost the cxi.

so i reckon save for a while - pimp out in the coupe for now, and boost it when u get the funds. in the end, ur going to still have a nice pimped coupe whether u decide to boost it or not.

flip side, if u get a boosted cxi.... u'll have a fast cxi.... and thats it.

I have seen however, the base model hatches at around 10 thousand.
