the gap is always there... the rego plate lights should be inside the gap but within visible range. question is: is all the rear lights out or just the rego illuminator?

i changed the fuse to my rear lights twice and it kept blowing as soon as i turned it on?.

none of my lights are working at the rear just my brake lights work?

i rechecked all my bulbs including the licence plate 1s. none of them are blown.
