whats the correct pressure for 195/50/15 tyres?

It's written on the tyre placard on the driver's side door frame.

I find the Jazz just doesn't like high tyre pressures, producing a very harsh jiggly ride. Low 30's is high enough imo.

the heigher the profile the heigher the presure ?
My mate puts 40 in cos he says he has low profile tyre.

38 on all four. If I put less it feels a bit too 'bouncy'. Probably just psychological, but meh. Fuel economy also improves by 0.1L/100k. haha :p

36 PSI is generally recommended for all tyres on general cars (Sedans, coupe's etc)
36 PSI gives your tyres the best safety rating while you are driving on the road (Did defense driving course and that's what they actually taught us, 36 PSI)
WHAT your dealer recommends is what they have tried before the car was released for sale which is intended to give a comfortable and smooth drove.
