That's the FIRST CRX in Japan
Based on the Honda Ballade, at some stage of the Mach 1, Honda went widebody *notice the flares*, and due to the averageness of the SOHC, slapped a turbo on it

HOWEVER - the KKK Turbo is about as big as a 12 year old's fist.....

I believe it was along the same idea as a City Pro turbo....


Anyways - how the hell did you find THAT!?!?!??!
