Looks good but sounds too cheap.What about engine management?

id buy it... seems a bit too cheap as previously mentioned, even if it is without engine management witch it appears to be

look in the photo, there is a ecu and a harness.

i doubt that is what your going to get but

true!... damn its tempting for 1200 bucks... i thought a genuine bolt on hks turbo kit woulda cots ALOT more?

a genuine hks turbo cost that much. a kit cost about 5k plus
