thinking of buying 2nd hand suspension, told by a mate that as long as the shockers oil are not leaking, it should still be in good condition.

but another source told me its not a good idea to buy 2nd hand parts especially suspension parts, just for the amount of trouble id need to get thru if the part was to be faulty.

im considering buying a buddy club n+ street coils to be specific.

has anyone ever bought 2nd hand coils before and what are your opinions?

if you dont know what your looking at or dont have any sound knowledge of cars

dont touch it get new suspension

it will only cause you frustration and anger if you buy and didnt know what you were getting your self into

+1 for get new suspension

And , get it LOCALLY from a trader or local business. That way , PROVIDED it is installed by a qualified mechanic - it will be 100% covered incase of fault.

ANY second hand car part is NOT covered by ANY person or company. It is a wearing part.

Coilovers can get noisy as, you can't really test drive a set of coilovers, better go new, cheap enough for an EK too
