Spark plug seals, pretty sure whoever you're buying from will understand anyway if you explain the above to them.
i had the same issue, except i didn't misfire. just used my air compressor to blow the oil and residue out, then changed the plugs n made sure they were put in nice n tight.

it COULD be a rocker cover seal... have you changed the plugs over and tightened to spec? still having the same issue?

There's only one seal between oil and the spark plug hole - the spark plug seal. 4 little round seals that live on the same plane as the rocker cover gasket. You can probably buy them on their own from Honda; I bought them in the upper gasket kit which includes a rocker cover gasket and new rubber/plastic sealing washers for the rocker cover bolts.
Rubber seals don't last forever. Get a replacement, install it properly (FULLY clean the surfaces of all dirt and oil) and you won't have to worry for another 10 years.

They are, that's how the oil is getting in.It will come back over time I bet.Best to replace the cylinder tube seals if it does.
