I had ES bushings in mine previously which were really hard to install and I ended up slightly cracking the piece that goes near the gearbox. Swapped out for a set of these plus short shifter and knob and it made so much difference! The old bushing that goes over the ball of the shifter was all out of shape and you don't get that piece in cheaper kits, I reckon that bit made the biggest difference. For he price I don't think I have ever done a better mod on my car and would definitely recommend them over any polyurethane ones. Install is a breeze too given that the painful round bit near the gearbox comes in two halves.
