You could get a small nut and bolt combination and use a couple of rubber o-rings to keep the water out. Just the paint the head of the bolt either black or the same colour as your car (you can get touch up paint from Honda).
or rubber grommets that you can get from your local hardware store. right?

My friend uses clear sticky tape and paints them same colour as body with touch up paint... cannot be seen from 2-3 meters away, and if u walk past it, ud only really notice if you knew he did it, otherwise you'd probably think nothing of it...

I used white eleky tape for a while on mine, obviously cos its white!
Get it welded over and painted...$300ish...and its neater and permanent
Yeah electical tape.. alot fo cars do it.. jus leave the wing on until you can do something about it

go to clark rubber
go to clark rubber
it's what i did, but my car is black so the grommets blend in.

what you need is rubber plugs, in my GSi i had them blocking my Strut bar holes (took them out fitted vtir strut bar)... check out your engine bay u may have them or somewhere else in the bay, i fitted them on an astina which wing was taken off, was perfect just needed to squeeze them in
