eg rear bumper

hey guys, is there anywhere i can find how to remove my eg hatch rear bumper?

Pop down the bottom half of the hatch, there will be about 5 screws, underneath there is 2 x 10mm bolts, and each side of the rear guards should be a screw or a 10mm. Whole bumper should slide back when all screws and nuts are out.
