no no no

A scooter , by definition is a AUTOMATIC moped or motorbike.
A motorbike is a manual.

You CAN get a auto-only license , and drive a sub-600cc automatic scooter for your L's. But , you have to obtain you FULL UNRESTRICTED license to ride a manual motorbike. (2+ years later.)

Or , get your MANUAL MOTORBIKE license. Get L's , keep for 3 months minimum and then go for your P's. Have your P's for 1 year then obtain your full unrestricted license.

Do test on Manual (eg manual motorbike) - You can ride both Manual or Automatic (includes scooters)

Do test on Auto (eg scooter) - You can only ride scooters or automatic motorbikes until you have a full license
