I found this Mugen Sport Exhaust for sale in gooparts.com, do you think it will fit in our RB1? The problem with the shipping is that there's a long one piece which might result in the shipping cost becomes too expensive.

That 1 piece on the top, is it a cat? Or just part of the catback?

its SOLD ...............

yes, its for RB1 facelift model. this one is a 3 pcs Mugen exhaust and it will be quite expensive for shipping cost. a friend told me it can be barely fitted in RB1 when he picked that up fm shop...... good find and its a bargain with that price

Can't see too clearly on my mobile, but I don't think it can. The circular tips is for the Absolute verson and the pipe diameter is bigger compared to the normal RB1 which has oval tips. You can check with the Mugen website to confirm.

I'm not worried about the tips, i'm worried about the length & the diameter of the pipe, still waiting for the shipping cost from my supplier in japan.

lol, that's not what I meant. The Mugen exhuast for the Absolute version engine has got a round tip and the pipe diameter for the whole exhaust is larger than the non-Absolute version(our model). This means it will not fit. Our version engine exhaust comes with an oval tip. Just easy physical differnces to tell if what model the exhaust is for.

That is my understanding anyway.

tbh, i think it doesn't matter for which model as u want more free flow fm an aftermarket exhaust, right? so diameter is not an issue then....

As far as i know my friend fitted this to a non-Absolute model without any issues..............

its should fit . . .

the only problem if this one is for aboslute model, maybe you need to modify a lil bit on the middle resonator hook, coz on ours one it has only one hook but the absolute one has got 2 as you can see on the picture . . .

thats exactly the same as my Fujitsubo Exhaust and mine is for Absolute too, thats why Top One need to put extra hook on mine
