why..would you get quads first before knowing what else you need to fit it or how much it will cost...

quads wont do much for you unless you have a worked engine, headers and exhaust...

ok. what mods does your car have atm?

To fit them, it'll be a bolt on process, to get them running is another story

after market computer, Header + Exhaust. (for them to work decently)

Even then from what ive heard quads would only be a minimal gain over a good IM, TB and CAI?

more agressive cams work well with the Quads, and hey, you already have the computer to tune it with! thats when the quads would really become noticeable powerwise over the aforementioned intake set up.

I have Quads on mine, they bolted straight on and ran fine straight off the stock ECU. You need to have them tuned on an aftermarket ECU to get them running smoothly and to their full potential, but they can be run with normal driving on the stock ECU.

And yes they make a large difference, on a stock B18C7 with pretty much the same headers + exhaust, I gained almost 20kws through the midrange with quads.

TWM Quads, also know as ITB's (Individual Throttle Bodies), replace the standard intake manifold + single throttle body for a manifold which has an 'individual throttle body' for each of the 4 ports.

Traditional Intake manifold + throttle body setup:

you will need to have the injectors, fuel rail and should be bolt on

Vacuum box etc as well.. Curious as to how it ran on a stock computer given the massive fuel loads it requires at idle in comparison to a single throttle setup?

My A-sport ITB's, bolted straight up and idled perfectly on the very first startup.
They did have a small hesitation @ VTEC, but that's to be expected with a stock ECU, ran much better with a good tune.
