I have bought innovative mounts and Ive been told I need to use a rear bracket from the Da9 in order for the rear mount to work. What model DA do I get it from ?? Vtec model? 80s 90s???

You need the standard bracket from the Aus Delivered DA9 (89-93) with the standard b18a. It looks something like the picture you posted, but I can't remember 100% if thats it. If its from a DA9 it should be the right one

Does anyone know if this bracket is a bitch to get to line up with the engine mount?

Hasport aftermarket mounts are your sure way to go if you cant get it all to work... sure your forking out dollars but hey, they are billet, come with stiffer rubber and are sure to line up ;)

no problems in lining them up,

just come take it easy and make sure the engine is in the correct position before doing up all the bolts

as a temporary measure a a stack of washers under the bonnet hinge bolts works well (you may also need longer bolts)

and I suppose a proper solution is SIR facelift?
