no. Jazz is rear drum.

Leave it be it brakes fine.

yes, they are fine, but it can be better,I have a 1.5S with factory rear disc brake and a 1.5A with drum brake at the back,I found that there is about 30% better on the disc brake one.

the rear drums work fine, and will last longer than pads

my understanding they actually work better than pads...just they are prone to overheating with sprited driving.

+1 other than that, personally I think rear disc brake Jazz GE model pedal feels are more firmer than Jazz GD model.

unless ppl go to track day with their jazz very hard , otherwose i cant see there is any point to upgrade the drum to disc , for my opininon i will rather use that money to get a bigger rotor for the front and better pads, tat will give u much more imporve by just change the rear!
