Rust and partial painting

So i found some small rust spot on the edge of the door, edge of the rear quarter panel and one on the hood. its only about 3mm in diameter and i want it removed, what will they have to do to remove the small rust spots. Should i worry heaps about it? How much is it going to cost me?

Well my other question is that i want to repair the crack and scratches on my front bumper while i'm going to get the rust fixed. I was wondering would the respray be more noticable compare to the other panels since i only want to the bumper resrayed?I'll post some pics later tonight.

go to a panel beater and ask?
whether the colour gonna be different to other panel, i would say that depends on the painter.
i would guess all up not more than $500.

Got that too somewhere, just wondering is it just the little part that rusting, or is the whole door rusted? Since you can't tell since there is paint over it?

What progress to remove rust? Just sand it off? If that the case, can't you sand it off and then touch it up with paint?

hahah yeah i know. just giving him a budget so he wont be shocked when given a quote from panel beaters. you know panel beaters love to make crazy quotes.

No idea, but I think it can, just a question, if I get car resprayed will the people take car of the rust?
