Hey guys,
here is the background info:
my euro's driver side interior handle stopped working. so i took off the door trim and found that the cable that went from the back of the handle to the lock mechanism had snapped.
so i went to the wreckers and got a new one (cost me $60 - for a 35cm piece of metal with some rubber around it - wtf)
So i replaced it which was unbelievably difficult then put everything back together. Everything seemed to be working fine but...
i noticed that when i pressed the window lock button, it actually locked everyone including the driver from using the windows, and the auto roll function on the driver window seems to be lost...
i should add, i did all this work with the battery still in place as i dont have my radio code and didn't wanna loose it.
what has happened?
