any of the traders selling here, keen on some from 100 to 114. how much they roughly go for? are they any good? anyone recommend some brands

You can get any generic plastic ring. They aren't expensive. Work do annodised aluminium hub rings that look pretty good though if you aren't using centre caps, as you can see the edges of the ring. I have a set with my wheels. I'll post up a pic when I get home from work to show you.

noob question here, do i need to take off the tyre to put the hubcentric?

umm, i think na-118 wants hubcentric spacers to convert 4x100 to 4x114.3 while 02gzm is talking about hubcentric rings which go on wheels so make them hub centric(generally aftermarket wheels)

lol note to self. Wake up properly before reading. I was thinking, gee 100 to 114 is an abnormally large hub centre ring too
