oil in engine bay and paint

just found my car this afternoon with the oil cap gone and oil everywhere (duno what happened) in my engine bay. just wondering how do i go about cleaning it? and also theres oil on my front bumper n stuff, is it bad for the paint if i leave it there for a day? cos i gtg stereosonic lol thanks in advance

unplug the dizzy plugs and use degreaser

yeah just use a few cans of degreaser, leave it to soak for about 5 mins, come back and wash it of with a hose and you should be all sweet.

Agreed! As above. Make sure you cover up any exposed air filters, dizzy etc before washing off with water. Make sure you start the engine and run warm.
