Hey guys, i own a DC2 and just had a question

Basically i have ordered replica 4-1 JDM Headers (megan racing)
and a buddy club pro spec for my car. I have been looking at the
Magnaflow universal high flow cats on ebay because they are
like $147 delivered which is pretty good. Question is, they have
no input for the oxygen sensor so when fitting it, what would
be done about this?

Also the Headers have a 2.5 inch collector and the cat i am looking at
is 2.5 inches also. Would it be easy to find flanges that can be welded
on given the difference between piping size from the 2.5 inch to the
buddy club pro spec which is designed to bolt on to the stock cat?

Thanks!

an exhaust shop should be able to do everyhting you require... they will be able to weld in an O2 sensor bung at your collector...

The O2 sensor bung should be located before your collector, not on the cat.

You will need the 2.5" catback flange, 2.5" header collector flange (for the cat) and a donut gasket. There isn't much difference from 2.5" to a 60mm I.D JDM catback system.
2.5" = 63.5mm.
With the 2.5" catback flange, i'm quite certain there will be no issues for installation with the Buddy Club catback system you have.
