CD5 headlight bulb replacement.

I noticed both audm & jdm headlights have the circular clip the holds the bulbs in place.

Do I have to take the front bar off again to remove the headlights so I can easily undo the screws that hold the circlip ?

Or is there some way of doing this with the headlights in place?

Don't need to take your bar off.

You need to push in the clip and push it up or down until it releases (whilst it is still pushed in). its a bit of a bitch.

Hey dude.

Push it in and slide it out and it will pop free. It won't break. No need to remove your headlights. However if you are replacing the high beam bulb it will be pretty difficult on the passenger side unless you have elf hands ;)
