Download the manual and search the front bumper removal/installation.

In short,

1. Remove the front lip by undoing set of bolts from under the front bumper

2. Remove the Signal turn lights by undoing the screw on the side (if you look 10 O'clock for left side, 2 o'clock for right side, from the area where aftermarket fog lights are supposed to be mounted. You will see a screw that mounts you turn lights).

3. Behind the turn lights, there are 2 bolts that mounts your front bumper bracket into the chassis on each side and if I can remember it, it's 14mm. Remove all the bolts.

4. Remove your grille, this should be pretty easy

5. Remove front bumper side screw, if you look at your wheel well (arc) facing forward, on the very edge top of the bumper there is a cutout so you can fit your socket to remove this screw. Once screw is removed, be gentle and unhook the sides from its mounting point.

6. Facing your front bumper, grab firm and lift to remove from car.

7. Now you have all access to remove bumper support/headlight etc etc.

8. Installation reverse

You can see clearly on the picture where the bumper mounting bracket holes are (under the headlights)

It's unnecessary to remove the front lip.

Well, my aftermarket front lip is stiff as (fibreglass) as overlaps the front bumper. I cannot undo the bumper under the fender (step 5 & 6) without taking out the lip coz the bumper would 'spring out' as soon as it is out of their mounting position.
