Civic ed and crx help

Hey guys.. My side parker lights start to leak some water.. And i was wondering if my ed6 civic parker light and crx the same size.

im pretty sure if its the civic hatch it should fit ..

someone should be able to fully clear that up tho

Yeah mines a ed6 which is hatchback.. Because found some cheap parkers off an crx

yeh man pretty sure they will fit if there cheap just get them give them a try and im pretty sure some of us crx owners would buy those parkers off ya straight away we are always after spare parkers and stuff :)

there are generally two types of corner lights designs with the CRX

88-89(two screw points per corner)

90-91 doesnt have holes to screw the corner lights in.

crx parkers wont fit on a civic .....look at the pics .....they are a different shape where the light meets the guard

yeh just realised aswell .. they will fit if u change the gaurds tho and plus CRX gaurds look way better than civ's :p

The CRX and Civic guards are not compatible. The park lights are also not compatible.

serios well that sucks .. prob would fit if u had the time and money to make them fit .. anythin mod can be done if u have the time and money trust me i had a SR20 in my first CRX

The problem is the section near the doors, where the CRX incorporates a side skirt, and the Civic doesn't. If you want to use a CRX front end, it's possible to cut the front of the CRX fender and weld it to the rear of the Civic fender.

But still, it's hardly what i'd call interchangeable lol.

Had this same problem. Why dont you just use some silicone and seal all the edges. Clean all the edges with wax and grease remover. Apply silicone, squeeze as much in with your finger as you can and then wipe ALL of the excess off. You cannot even tell its there.
