rims off, hit the retainer screws with wd40 or similar
get a big screw driver or impact screw driver to get them off
unbolt caliper/bracket
remove old rotor, place on new one

reverse :)

or you can follow this (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=86852&highlight=rotors) guide and you can work out the 2 retainer screws to get the rotor off :)

Cheers Vin,hehe

I know the 2 big screws you mean, hmmmm,it may require an impact screwdriver like you said, which I haven't got..

link above explains pretty much all of it, make sure you clean the surface of the rotors with a brake cleaner.

just a hint to remove the rear caliper.....

take off the small bolts holding the brake line directly to the BACK of teh hub. It lets you pull the caliper out of the way alittle easier.

and dont have the handbrake applied, have it down other wise you will find your self bitchin away why the caliper is so hard to remove.

well you'll probably need it after you round the screw with the power of a impact drill :p
seriously hit it with some lube first and try a bigass screw driver, just make sure the head fits real nice(can't be bigger or smaller)
then if you can't, hit it with big boys tools

Yes, that will work best.

Fallback is a $20 impact screwdriver from supercheap, but those things don't last. I broke mine.

I'd much rather use a cheap impact driver. When you're doing screws the point is that your applying pressure inwards when you hit the impact driver rather than just sideways if you're using a rattle gun.

^^ I understand that.

I just cant imagine that $700 cordless impact drill would do it,but it's the best I got by the looks of it.

Cheers Eclipsor!

a impact wrench (as its actually called) will do the job with the right bit easily. But chances are you are doing this once so just go get a supercheap auto one. After a dozen or so goes , the screw used will start to bend and contort. Chuck it after.
