04 euro HID problem

Hi,

My mate has 04 euro and the drivers side h/l had water in so he drilled 3 holes in the light to drain the water out. Its been dry for a while now. everytime he replaced the fuse it blows. What would be the best thing to do here??

Suggestion please..

figure out where its shorting out and fix it?... thats what i suggest, or take it to an auto sparky
