hey guys,
am looking at a dc5s to buy, but noted that the left side of the rear bumper is hanging down a bit, and does not clip back when pushed
apparently the car has not been in any accidents before, can this be true?
or will only a hard bump damage the clips?
thanks for your help guys

aren't they usually held in by screws in the corners?

he has 17" aftermarket wheels, not sure the sizing and such
car is stock height as well
so if its screws, they can loosen up after a while?

they can but shouldn't
just check if the screws are there
if they are you can probably tighten it up
if they aren't ask why aren't there any :)

hmm the car is too far for me to go have a 2nd look, but he did offer to get it sorted..
guess main question is whether the car had accident history

generally....No. Normal driving it is impossible to unhinge or break clips.
Ofcourse it has been in a accident or impact of some sort. Its up to you to investigate it further
