Stock cd player won't spit out CD~!

I've got a jammed Cd in my euro that wont play or eject!
is there an easy way to fix the problem without taking the car to Honda?

This happened on some of the Civic FD owners. The easiest way? bring it back to Honda

There's 5 cd's currently in there - cant eject any of them out nor play em.

press the load button and try and put in another cd. then when it wont go in it should spit old one out. my freinds one does this lol.
