depending what kind of integra you have it might not even have VTEC. If your car does have VTEC take it up over 5500rpm and you should be able to hear the crossover and feel the power gain. Get a nice intake on it and its music to the ears :)

Easiest way to tell if its a type R is;

1) drive past a group of chicks(or dudes, if you roll that way)
2) scream out "V-tec YO!" as you go past

Now, Either one or the other will happen here;

1)If they instantly have an orgasm, you are officially driving a type R.
OR
2) If they just stare at you, then your a douchebag.
