do i have any rights if buying thru this forum from someone thats responded to a wanted to buy thread? i purchased a set of dc2 vti-r front seats, when i went to install them i found the drivers side back of the seat to be severely bent, so much so that it jammed against the center console.... i haven't had much co-operation from the buyer as of yet.

Trading on the forum is at the user's risk. Ozhonda does not offer any warranty to the buyer.
From the T&C,
It is YOUR responsibility to get all details of the buyer/seller such as name, address, phone number, email address etc such that you can get in contact with him/her if he/she is not contactable via the Ozhonda forums. It is also your responsibility to obtain all the necessary information if there is a situation where an official complaint to the police needs to be made. In such a situation, Ozhonda will provide the relevant authorities with the required information (such as IP address, posting date/time etc) on request.
If you need to contact the cops, we will assist in the police investigation. http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/legal.php

As above.
Truth is , if you have checked the goods and paid for them , the seller technically can avoid any responsibility. Morally , yes ofourse he/she should offer a refund if the goods are truly bent/damaged.
But if they are being difficult , all you can really do is give a negative trade feedback and get on with life. You wont get your money back.
Best of luck , let a moderator know if there is anything we can help with. Do not post the members details here.
