check your shocks for leaks.
my shocks were leaking and the fronts were soft. when i put a set of non-leaking oem dc2r shocks in, it felt firm.
and then in the end i got coils so now its firm as hell .

actually i feel firm when i on the normal straight road,
checked no leak i can see on the shock
but i feel it is not stable in the corner, my tyre will touch the graud when i do the corner abit harder, the gap between wheels and arch is about 3-4cm which should not be too low

DC2R springs aren't very stiff in the performance spectrum. Replacing worn shocks with new ones will make all the difference in stability and control.

Best guess is that the shocks are worn out.
Replace all four shocks and you'll feel the difference right away.
Many noobs never realise that shock absorbers/dampers wear out because it happens so gradually.
