Is your ecu chipped or stock standard?
If its standard it should stop around 9000rpm just like mine (not to sure what the exact rev limit is but around the 9 ish mark)

revlimits are 7,000rpm for dc4, 8,200rpm for dc2 vtir and 8,400rpm for dc2r itr..
i wouldnt advice to rev past 7,000rpm on the dc4
1. Its pointless 2. stock rod bolts cannot cope with the hi-rpms
