Anyone looked into this. Michelin Primacy HP's come in at ridiculous price of $400 a corner.

Yeah, I've seen that too. The Bridgestones (forget the name) were $550

kumho ecsta spt's, or goodyear eagle gt's.

Yeah Kumhos seem the cheapest best performance quoted $250 for Kumho KU31's 235/45/18

Looking at Hankook V12 Evo's but apparently no one has them, although the Aust. website says they do a 235/45/18.

Wow, are 235's standard on CU2's? That's wide for a standard, four door sedan!

They.re standard on the Euro Luxury. 235/35/18 98W are a pretty rare tire size, in oz at least. Not exactly cheap either. Replacement Michelins come in at $420 a corner which is excessive for what I deem a pretty average tyre.
Hence the request for options to the Mich's
