My exhaust system doesn't use bolts to hold it together.
It uses 2 pipes slipped on to each other and are hold by 2 springs.
When i have my silencer "on" it it creates a lot of back pressure and
it's causing enough pressure to make the slip on joints leak.

So many sealants to choose from Loctite.

Any suggestions?

cheers

Is it a Buddy Club exhaust? I have a feeling if you use sealant on the part that slides in you may not be able to remove it. Or will have a very hard time.

ditch the springs, they are useless
Get some wire and tie them together really tight. There is no give in wire unlike the springs.
