unless you recently purchased my old engine, sounds like you need to pull the crank pulley off to assess the issue, could be a number of things, the rubber vibration dampening compound of the crank pulley is torn/broken, loose bolt, sheared pulley key, unnecessary human interference. a wrecker will charge around 120-160 for a crank pulley, honda is around 550.

i got the same problem before, it caused my crank shaft broken, engine total lost, better go to the honda specialist to fix the problem asap, i know it cost heaps but better than wreck your EG after the engine broken down

+1, exactly right
if you're lucky only your pulley is rooted due to breakdown of the harmonic balancer rubber material.
if you're unlucky the crankshaft keyway has been eaten away due to pulley wobble -> time for a second hand engine

take it to a mechanic straight away, preferably a Honda specialist as mentioned above. or if you do your own work, take off the crankshaft bolt and inspect the crank/pulley/bolt, and then make a judgement call.

oh and Honda actually charges $280 for a new harmonic balancer (i asked a few months ago)
