yep. I think honda even had a start button kit available for the civic?

They dont have one for CU2 though... the civic was taken from FD2R. I dont think honda has OEM accessories for this, or am I wrong? :S

You can use the FD2R starter button. You need to wire it up properly with the use of a relay. There is a DIY on how to install one in a prelude and you can do it similarly for the CU2.

There is a second way of wiring it without a relay, but you put your car at risk of being able to crank while the engine is running which is bad for your starter motor.

You can, but if you have not done it before or are not used to handling electrical wiring, then get someone experienced to do it for you.

every auto elec would know how to do it.
its a pretty simple process.
what i did with mine was cut a hole the dash and put the start button there
looks good and for kicks but i never use it
