easy.

handbrake UP. Open bonnet. Take off brake master cylinder cap. Take alittle fluid out with a sucker-type device.
Loosen lug nuts on GROUND
Raise one corner or both , support on stands. Take off relevant wheel.
Grab a 12mm spanner or ratchet + socket piece , loosen and take off the LOWER bolt on the edge of the BRAKE CALIPER. The brake caliper will flip up on a hinge. Pull out old pads.

Do NOT put new pads in yet

Place the caliper back down , finger tighten the 12mm bolt back in.
Now , look at the front of the caliper , you can see a slight hole thru the centre of it. Put a large screwdriver or similar inside , aiming to push the caliper PISTON in until flush with its holding. Use leverage.Doing this , will allow the new pads to fit back in and also raise the brake fluid level. You may have to remove some more fluid as you do this. Then when the piston is flush install the new pads (follow the old pads layout)
Retighten the lower bolt firm but dont over tighten

Do the same both sides , removing fluid as you do so.

Dont forget to bed the brakes in
