View Full Version : squeeking/sqeeling exhaust sound?

i've only noticed this after i've lowered my car and its been scraping the exhaust everywhere, but i dunno if the two are related. the sound occurs around 3.5k rpm to 4.5k rpm and is like mouse squeeking. i can only hear it when my music is soft and windows down. any ideas?

also my rear coilovers 'creek' a bit. no idea why tho

Get under your car and check that none of your hangers have come off the rubbers along your whole exhaust. It could be the metal vibrating, this was the issue with one of my previous EG's, can't remember which EG though hahahaha.

Get under your car and check that none of your hangers have come off the rubbers along your whole exhaust. It could be the metal vibrating, this was the issue with one of my previous EG's, can't remember which EG though hahahaha.

yeah i'll have a look i guess. but whys it only at a certain rpm? but yeh. thanks
