Koni Yellow install on EK

Hey guys,

I have a few questions about koni yellows for EK. What height relative to stock would the two perches on the front shock represent and how would you remove the 19mm bolt on the piston shaft of the shock if when you try undo it, it, the shaft rotates with the bolt?

stock height purches;
front; top purch
rear; middle purch

use a 9mm ring spanner to hold the shaft at the top and turn the 19mm nut, done
allen key is only used on the stock shocks, not the koni's :)
