Hey all wanting to know approximately how much heat wrap i will need to wrap a set of 4 - 1 headers?

Also in peoples experience, what width wrap is the easiest to work with/wrap? The main size i can find is 50mm / 2"

Thanks all. If i get 50M that should be more than ample - looking to wrap all the way down to the cat.

50 meter is more than enough. Previously I used 40m on my 4-2-1. Just put the heat wrap in water for a day before you wrap them. More easy for shaping.

If you were free, let them fully dry for one or two days then spray some water proof paint on them. Prevent moisture during normal day which will lead to quick corrosion.

I heard this is actually bad for headers? ie increase incidence of cracking ?
