Intake, headers exhaust is good and suspension, rear sway bar and strut bars.
And learn how to service your car and become a DIY man! :)
Such a good feeling to be able to service your own car and have it running 100%.
Sounds like ya got plenty of time hehe,so check out how others have styled their car and feel out your style and what you want to do.Cause I always thought the big no no many make is to spend a heap of money on the exterior of the car only to get over it and change it.Best to learn all you can about the engine and suspension and spend your money wisely there while deciding and doing little bits and pieces to the exterior. It will shape to your style that way.
Here's (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=113190&highlight=simple+mods+gain) a list!

2.25" - 2.5" should suffice for n/a with minimal to moderate mods as a guideline...depends on the bends you get also when going custom...mandrel bends are better of course but pricier compared to press-bent bends (restriction due to this bending method)
alternatively there are catbacks like mugen, fujitsubo etc, you can get which are quite popular with tuners. stainless steel systems with a lot of r&d put into it which have about 2.38" piping - also for n/a applications...
ultimately it depends on what you want it for. sound or performance? if you're satisfied with sound and the looks, not worrying too much about performance, you can simply get an axle-back, rather than catback done.
a while back i had this done. dual cannon (similar to stock twin pipe) setup with 2.25" piping to the rear axle, with a resonator put in the middle to maintain the noise. result was an economical, deep sounding exhaust which looked good imo...can send you pics of this if you're interested btw as you mentioned in your first post...

You are wrong. Check out Preludepower.com. They have somewhat famous threads with dyno results of stock cars with 2.25" vs 2.5" vs 3" exhausts.
The 3" wins across the whole rev range. No backpressure bullshit or low down losses crap :)

1. **** the badges, debadge ftw LOL
2. **** the sticker, no sticker ftw :P :P
3. most tyre places have similar prices, just gotta find a place doing specials, the tyre shop at orange grove next to oporto does orite prices think
4. stock is already roughly 2", if u don't wanna attract attention but some go, go for some decent headers (non of that xforce stuff) and a hi flow cat with a CAI. that should give you some decent gains. 'eght' on this forum is selling replica RMF headers, i think, not sure if it has been sold, n dunno if they are straight fit, but those i heard are still decent quality for replica headers. if u are keen and wanna go all the way through, just get a varex twin tip muffler.

heres a thread from PA that proves that a 3'' exhaust lowers the power of the lude

I cant see any proof there.
The only proof is in dynos back to back and even then its not perfectly accurate.
The prelude power thread isnt back to back but its on the same dyno. There is certainly not a significant loss of power and when tuned got even better.
The shape of the graph is the same also.
But if you arent going to tune it and support it with other mods then 2.25 to 2.5 is cheaper and fine.
