Hello
My alternator has decided to die recently.
Took my car to an auto sparky and he told me he can't source a replacement alternator for me.
I have failed to get the model number off him and haven't had a chance to pull my old one out.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I would be looking for in the way of do all D series engines have the same alt?

It's a 1993 EH Si Sedan (D16A8)

its pritty simple man

you have odb1 wiring and Ben has an odb1 alternator..

Just need to check the bolt config to see if it will fit

Other than that just ring Scotts Honda and quote you vin number... they will know what model you'll need

oh ok no worries mate. that's what i needed to hear. So if i find someone selling an alt out of an odb1 alt it should be sweet? cheers mate. will look into ben's one then

Its just down to the bolt config now
