mud guard problem

i was driving along when the whole ****ing thing decides to get caught under the wheel and rip out..... so very angry at the moment

i need to buy one asap so could anyone recommend any places to buy a second hand one in sydney??
possibly recommend some wreckers and post the suburb they are in?
