Ok, Ive done the reserch, ive read the comparessons on this site but i just cant get the answers i despretelly need.

Models:
- 92-96 Prelude VTi-R
VS.
- 94-02 Integra VTi-R

Questions:
1. Which has the greater performance (all factors considered).
2. Which is best to tackle the daily grind of driving
3. Which is overall... best.

I dont think the VTi-R went over 97-98 models.
And BB6 prelude goes from 96- 99' I think. --

BB6 Prelude -- more luxury comfort, cruise control, longer gears.
VTi-R -- less luxury, gear ratios arent too bad.

Both cars have good performance, but the prelude comes with 2.2L(H22A4) compared to the Teg 1.8L (B18C2)

Daily driving, both is not too bad I'd say, but the Prelude BB6 comes in Tiptronic where as teg Vti-R does not.

Both have +sides and -sides. At the end of the day its really your choice.

hey team,
FYI - the vti-r integras range from 1993-1999

there's no such thing as overall best, people will always have different opinions period...
I think the best point to lay on the table is test drive them both for yourself Its realistically the only way

:side thought: Although it seems to me your bias toward an integra bc you posted in here insted of the prelude section ahahah

I'd link you to a couple of integra/prelude discussions but you've already gone through them - so yeah :zip:

:idea:Go for looks if you cant decided.

p.s couldnt help myself XD~!!
have a go at some of these (incase you havent read them yet)

Cheers man, i appriciate it.
I will deffinetely test drive both cars, also an FTO for good measure.
Problem is i do not yet have my licence:s
planning ahead you see;)

To be honest im leaning toward a VTI-R Prelude and the VTI-R Integra is what i currently consider as my back-up plan... With the FTO as an unlikely contender but one worth a test. Test drive will be the decider of that one.

If u want good performance man get the VTI-R Integra
Good cruising car is the prelude hands down.
Thats how i see the cars but thats me
Whichever u choose make sure to post it up!

I cannot believe the responces on this.
Im reading the links above on earlyer VTI-R Teg vs. Lude..
The prelude is getting smashed,
i always considered the Integra as a lighter more agile yet gutless
lil screamer compared to the more powerful, (what i thought was quicker)
prelude...

it would seem thats hardly the case and theres a far greater fan base for the VTI-R teg. Im almost convinced the tegs the better car for me, thanks to its sporting credentials but a test drive will be needed of cource:)
