LHS Electric window noise?

Hi guys,

anyone have any weird sounding noise come from there the window as it is put down? It has just started with mine and I think the electric mortor may be on its way out (but im no expert). It sort of sounds like plastic grinding on plastic or something that is making friction. Any I deas what this could be? any ideas how much a window regulator is worth?

window regulator is gonna crap out soon.
happened to mine last year and back then was told it was 480 for part and labour.......never did anything about it and its still ok......noise isnt that loud anymore.....or maybe i just got used to it.
