Oil in spark plug

hi, everyone
my car been making these wierd sounds wen i drive, it sounds like one of the spark isnt sparking then it works again, it makes a bubbly noise.
when i heard that i opened up my spark plugs and they all have oil dipping from them.
wat could of happened??
help asap

i am working on the car rite now btw

The cylinder tube seals are torn I recon,it happened to me.I thought it was the spark plug but it was the CTS.Replace them with stock ones from honda,abot $17 ea.

Remove valve cover and they are under the cover.
