Removing front and rear bar for Civic

I need help in removing the front and rear bar for a Eg civic sedan.
im not sure how to access the screws on the side of the front and rear bar?
help please

man this is ****ing easy. puttin stickers on is harder

to remove front bar on eg.

1. pop bonnet and remove the 4 or 5 there between the head lights.

2. under the car there are 2 BOLTS holding it to the bottom of the car, they are like 10mm i think

3. there is ONE other SCREW holding the bar up in teh wheel arches, you will have to pull the black spash sheild thingy back to access these, if ur car is droped ad suggest fully locking your wheels out the way so u have room, undo them and thats it.
