start with the back seat and work your way rearwards. you will need a socket set and a phillips screwdriver to do it. the screws are hidden everywhere, including under the rear speakers.

The screws are the easy part - it's the plastic clips that are the problem.

thanks guys, yeah, ive found the plastic clips break fairly easy unfortunately. any ideas on how many screws? do the rear quarters sit under the window seal like the fronts do?

I suggest getting a service manual for your da9... it can be found on honda websites etc. Search for 1989-1993 integra ls service manual in google, should take you to a site where you just need to sign up (its like Ozhonda), then you download it as a zip file, extract it, and away you go
Gives you directions for every little thing in the car

ok another option. find your nearest wreaking yard that has a da9 or three and practice on one of them. once you have done it you will understand how to do it again. its way too dificult to describe in text form.

Do you want to take the whole trim out, or do you just want to retrim the inserts?

You'll just have to remove the back seats, then the speakers and their covers, and theres a few clips.

All good. Theres also one or two screws on each side, that screw into the bottom of the boot if I recall correctly. Just under the speaker towers.

You have to look for the small openings in the plastic - that's where the screws are. Sometimes its a deep hole, other times just at the surface. You need a bit of patience and about an hour to remove both sides. It is one large piece from the boot to the doors.
