The steel wheels are simply a lighter version of a oem wheel.
IMO I'd get a today , exedy or similar flywheel to suit. Better quality lighter and a stronger fabrication process

"Each steel flywheel weighs aprox the same as the stock peice."
See below on their website:

I don't like Fidanza because they are 2-piece flywheels. I don't want to risk it coming apart, eventhough I know it is very unlikely and probably no one has had a Fidanza come apart while in use. I prefer Exedy 1-piece flywheels, which are also steel and come in both OEM weight and lightweight versions.

what would be the benefit in acquiring a flywheel that is the same weight as an OEM one?
I just dont understand why these companies would market such a product

Standard flywheel = replacement for a cracked/heat damaged/warped stock item that you dont want to get machined or dont want to get a lighter one.

I would have gone and bought an Exedy OEM then. Exact same as stock since Exedy supplies Honda. Exedy's price is also good. Not sure why someone would want to pay the same amount and go for aftermarket if they want to get the exact same spec as OEM.
I'd just get aaronng to get me one...Thanks aaronng for the belated christmas pressie...
