Bumper and Boot repair

Hi guys
i drive an FD1 and today i accidently backed into one of those huge pillars in the car park >.<
i know it sounds fkn stupid and i am kicking myself for doing such a stupid thing.
my rear bumper has small dents and scratchs and it feels a lil wobbly. my boot also has a dent right where the honda badge is and the paint has slightly peeled off
just wondering wat would the damage financially be?
i feel like a fkn idiot ruining my baby like this =(
