I know most of you are K/H series fans but i just dont have the cash to do a swap. I'm wanting to get some extra kick from my non VTEC F22B. I'm thinking H23A intake, headers, 2.25" cat back system & F22A head (been told bigger intake ports than F22B). Has anyone dont the H23 or F22A conversion? Is it worth the $$ and is it straight forward or a pain in a$$? Motor is in 95 Accord

Save your money and leave it as it is or do a cheap turbo fit!
Whether its worth the money is up to you!

just either do an F22B1 vtec swap which could be done quite cheaply.
Or save & do a H22a swap.
There's not much to be done with the non vtec engines without cam and raised compression etc, unless you look into boost.

You can probably get a AUS H22A swap done for like $3000 or so.
I reckon it's best to save up for that :)

I've seen full AUS H22A engines being sold for like $1000-$1500, add about that much for the labour and you're done. You could probably get it done for $2500 +/- :)
